Risks to Students in Post-COVID Higher Ed
The impact of COVID-19 on our nation’s higher education system is far-reaching, and students are facing new and potentially catastrophic risks to their academic futures. Now more than ever industry interests and students’ interests are in conflict, and if Congress doesn’t act, predatory colleges will leave students with a subprime education and stick taxpayers with the bill. This memo highlights some of the biggest risks we see facing students over the course of the year, and the action Congress must take to combat the devastating effects on students’ education and finances.
