John L. Vogelstein

John L. Vogelstein is Chairman Emeritus of Third Way’s Board of Trustees. He was formerly the Chairman of New Providence Asset Management, LLC and a Senior Advisor to Warburg Pincus, LLC. Vogelstein joined E. M. Warburg & Co., Inc. (later Warburg Pincus, LLC) in 1967, where he served as President until he retired in 2002. Currently, Vogelstein serves on the Boards of the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden and the Miami City Ballet. He is Chairman Emeritus of the Boards of Directors/Trustees of Prep for Prep, the New York City Ballet, The Taft School, and Vice Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Overseers of The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Trustee Emeritus of New York University, Temple Emanu-El and The Jewish Museum.
