Alexandra is the Senior Advisor for Learning and Organizational Development at Third Way, where every day she seeks to inspire the staff to realize their professional and personal goals. But Alexandra didn’t always see herself working in an office setting in Washington, DC. She began her work life in Tel Aviv, Israel, as a healthcare policy research intern, and then worked as a flight attendant for a major airline— where she took on management responsibilities within the training and development department.

But as a major proponent of radical career change and leaving one’s comfort zone, Alexandra’s passion for reinvention and progress eventually led her to the vibrant D.C. area and to Third Way. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University with a concentration in system implementation and end-user experience training. And now she consistently calls on her experience in facilitation and change management to help others achieve their personal and professional best.

In her free time, Alexandra toggles her phone to “Do Not Disturb,” finding any opportunity for an unplugged experience— some favorites include hiking and getting lost in a great book.
