Brian Frank is the Founder and Managing Partner of Declaration Partners LP, an investment firm seeded by the founder of a large private equity firm. Previously, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at MSD Capital, the private investment firm founded by Michael Dell. Prior to joining MSD, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Cumberland Associates. Earlier in his career, Brian served as a Director of Harman International, a Principal at W.R. Hambrecht + Co, and an Analyst in the merger & acquisitions group at Lazard Freres.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard University.  He is a Director of Third Way and Year Up New York and involved in a number of other charitable entities.
