Logan Williams

Logan Williams has always been drawn to the people side of politics—how leaders are shaped, how decisions are made, and how the right talent can make a real difference. That curiosity led him to Wake Forest University, where he earned both a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Affairs. Along the way, he minored in Global Trade & Commerce and Entrepreneurship and spent a semester at Queen Mary University of London, studying political theory and thought. Eager to gain hands-on experience, Logan interned in international trade, development, and public affairs, where he saw firsthand the impact of strong leadership in government and policy.

Now, as a Program Coordinator for Third Way’s Moderate Talent Pipeline, Logan supports efforts to identify and place rising moderate leaders in key roles across sectors. From future political appointees in the White House and federal agencies to staffers on Capitol Hill and strategists in top Democratic campaigns, he is committed to helping build a deep and diverse bench of talent.

Outside of work, Logan is always looking for his next adventure. He has already checked skydiving, hang-gliding, and volcanic hiking off his bucket list, and he is now working toward his yoga instructor certification. A strong believer in the importance of mental health, he’s always ready to lend a listening ear and boost morale—whether in the office or on his yoga mat.
